KeyState hires Ian Podmore as VP captive solutions

Ian Podmore has joined KeyState as vice president, captive solutions, bringing more than 40 years of experience across insurance, captive consulting, underwriting and compliance.  

Podmore was notably director of captive consulting at Hylant, and most recently had a short stint at Aon.
