Ci DataHub: Luxembourg kicks off 2026 with first Moroccan captive

The first Moroccan-owned captive is also the first new captive licensed by the Commissariat aux Assurances in 2026.

The new reinsurance entity is managed by Aon and was licensed on 6 January, 2026.
