Christine Brown appointed Vermont deputy commissioner of captive division full-time 

The Vermont Department of Financial Regulation (VDFR) has appointed Christine Brown as deputy commissioner of its captive insurance division. 

Brown had been appointed acting deputy commissioner following the departure of Vermont’s well-known chief captive regulator Sandy Bigglestone who has joined SRS in a governance and compliance role.
