Oil major forms Dubai’s first branch captive

The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) has licensed its first branch captive, taking its total active captives at 2025 year-end to six.

Ci DataHub shows Ancon Insurance Company, Inc (DIFC Branch) was licensed on 20 November, 2025 and is managed by Marsh.
