Generali Group and Swiss Life Global Solutions have entered a long-term commercial partnership, including the planned acquisition of Swiss Life Network (SLN) by Generali Employee Benefits (GEB) Network.
The combined network, to be renamed and rebranded later this year, will manage more than €3bn in premiums, creating the largest EB network in the world.
