Iowa captive regime focusing on quality over quantity

The nascent Iowa captive regime is focusing on quality over quantity, according to Jeff Wilson, captive insurance director at the Iowa Insurance Division.

In 2023, Iowa became the latest US state to introduce captive legislation making it the 36^th US jurisdiction to adopt captive insurance legislation, including the District of Columbia.
