Asta hires Nylesh Shah as independent non-executive director

Third-party Lloyd’s managing agent Asta has appointed Nylesh Shah as independent non-executive director with effect from 1 June 2026.

Shah joins from the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA), where he has been a key figure in developing the upcoming UK captive insurance regime.
