NiSource captive gets Excellent rating affirmed

AM Best has affirmed the financial strength rating of NiSource Insurance Corporation, Inc. (NICI) as A (Excellent) and its long-term issuer credit rating of ‘a’ (Excellent).

The Utah-domiciled captive is owned by NiSource, Inc, a natural gas distribution company headquartered in Merrillville, Indiana.
