Ashleigh Sears to lead Lockton alternative risk solutions practice

Lockton has appointed Ashleigh Sears to lead its alternative risk solutions practice, including services such as captive consulting, structured risk solutions and fronting arrangements.

Prior to joining Lockton, Sears was head of alternative risk at Everest, and has previously held senior roles at Everest and The Hartford.
