FCCSย is taking on a greater share of its own risk through its captive as it seeks to lessen the impact of market cycles and gain greater control over long-term insurance costs, according to Lisa Parrinello, vice presidentย ofย risk management & insurance services at the organisation.
The strategy forms part of a long-term effort to increase retention within the captive while maintaining relationships with commercial market partners and ensuring coverage remains sustainable across the organisation’s network.
