Riverstone signs LPT with Lyft’s Hawaii captive

RiverStone International has signed a second loss portfolio transfer reinsurance agreement with Hawaii-domiciled Pacific Valley Insurance Company.

Pacific Valley is a captive owned by California-headquartered ridesharing company Lyft.
