Saudi captive legislation could attract new and existing captives 

Saudi Arabia could attract significant interest from both companies establishing their first captive and existing captive owners looking to establish a presence closer to home. 

The Kingdom is currently exploring the possibility of introducing a framework for captives as part of its broader efforts to strengthen its domestic insurance sector.
