CIC Services files second lawsuit against IRS

CIC Services has filed a second lawsuit against the Internal Revenue Service, in the District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee arguing it has overstretched its authority, threatening small and mid-sized businesses.

Tennessee-based CIC Services is a captive manager that serves middle-market companies.
