Abu Dhabi licences Italian-owned captive

MAIRE S.p.A. has formed the first new captive in Abu Dhabi since 2021, establishing Energiare Limited in the fledgling domicile.

MAIRE S.p.A. is a public traded company, listed on the Italian stock exchange, which specialises in hydrocarbon processing, kinetics technology and renewables.
