Alonso Tello has been promoted to regional director, single-parent captives, Americas at AXA XL.

In January, AXA XL launched a dedicated alternative risk solutions (ARS) team in the Americas, appointing Sylvain Bouteillé, current chief underwriting officer for specialty as its leader.
