BP dissolves Vermont captive | Captive Intelligence

BP plc has dissolved its Vermont-domiciled captive and surrendered its licence.

Saturn Insurance Inc, originally formed in March 2011, surrendered its licence on 14 August, 2026 according to Ci DataHub.
