WTW has appointed Edwina Leclere as associate director of captives and insurance management solutions for France, to lead growth in the region and establish a captive management team based in Paris.
The number of captives in France has steadily increased since the jurisdiction introduced specific captive legislation in June 2023, with France widely considered as Europe’s biggest captive success story over the past few years.
