The IPCC’s Sixth Assessment Report, published in August, presented the latest terrifying assessment of the climate crises. It may have dominated headlines for a couple of days and reemphasised the challenge ahead, but the seriousness with which corporates are beginning to understand their own responsibility towards the climate and other wider societal issues had already been growing.
