Georgia passes House Bill 348, expands lines of business authorised

Georgia has passed House Bill 348, which expands the lines of insurance or reinsurance a captive may engage in among other amendments.

House Bill 348 is the first new piece of legislation that aims to support Georgia’s captive Insurance companies and Risk Retention Groups (RRGs) since 2019.
