Prabal Lakhanpal elected as CICA chair

Prabal Lakhanpal, SVP, Spring Consulting Group, has been elected to chair the board of directors of the Captive Insurance Companies Association (CICA).

Lakhanpal has been a CICA member since 2018 and was involved in the launch of the CICA NEXTGen programme, also serving as a former NEXTGen chair.
