The Hawaii Captive Insurance Council (HCIC) has recognised experienced captive manager Fay Okamoto and Aleka Insurance Inc at its annual forum.
Okamoto received the Award of Excellence, having been involved with captives for the full 40 years since it began. She previously worked for Johnson & Higgins and Marsh before spending the past 24 years at Artex.
