Ci DataHub: Texas adds three captives in three days, joins 100 Club

Texas licensed three new captives last week, its first additions of 2026, and in doing so became the 14^th domicile to join the Ci DataHub ‘100 Club’.

The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) approved licenses for Edora Assurance, Inc. on 21 January, followed by both Nordic Pine Insurance Services, LLC and both Sandhills Insurance, Inc. on 23 January. All three are pure captives.
